These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShopShow ("Platform"), operated by Direct Commerce Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), based in Perth, Western Australia. By using ShopShow, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ShopShow

ShopShow is a live shopping platform that enables Shopify store owners ("Sellers") to broadcast live video streams showcasing their products to viewers ("Buyers"). Purchases are processed through Shopify's checkout system. ShopShow facilitates the connection but is not a party to transactions between Sellers and Buyers.

We reserve the right to terminate streams and accounts that violate these rules without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and broadcast on ShopShow. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display your content as part of the service (e.g., stream thumbnails, replays). We do not claim ownership of your products, brand, or creative content.

All purchases made during live streams are processed through Shopify's checkout. ShopShow does not process payments, handle refunds, or hold customer payment information. Transaction disputes should be resolved between the Buyer and Seller through Shopify's systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using ShopShow at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
